My name is David H. and I have been a patient of Dr. Ho’s for over 20 years. I was diagnosed with Afib many years ago and Dr. Ho has been there with me every step of the way. There have been some uncertain feelings and new territory for me over the years but Dr. Ho has been there to support me throughout my journey. I have been Dr. Ho’s patient since the summer of 2021. He was recommended to me during a hospital stay for ventricular tachycardia, tachy-brady syndrome, and atrial fibrillation. My name is J. Brent, and I am alive today due to the outstanding medical supervision and treatment provided by Dr. Ho. I have been fortunate to have a medical provider who is personable, caring, and meticulous. Dr. Ho understands the intricacies of heart conditions at all levels and treats those conditions using innovative technology. While referencing the latest cardiac studies, journals, and maintaining contact with peer groups, Dr. Ho stays abreast of the latest advancements in the cardiology field. He has been patient in educating me on my specific cardiac condition and recommended the placement of an internal defibrillator. This procedure resulted in very minimal scarring, and this medical device has corrected unanticipated cardiac events on more than one occasion. During my office visits, Dr. Ho reviews my test results, processes this data, and incorporates my feedback into his treatment plans. He is concerned about my physical well-being and always asks questions to ensure my mental health remains positive as I navigate unknown waters related to my cardiac condition. During times when most specialists are forced to treat their patients as a number, my medical encounters with Dr. Ho never feel rushed. He is an active listener, maintains eye contact, and I always feel better about my cardiac health than when I arrived for my appointment. We always conclude our patient encounters on a positive note.
